These policies include “commitment to meet customer requirements, product quality optimization and continuous improvement” which are among our basic goals and strategies as SDG Solar.
In this context, SDG Solar;
- To offer products with the highest efficiency, quality and durability,
- To produce high quality products based on engineer supervision at every stage of the production process,
- To conduct sustainable R&D studies with the share allocated from the turnover each year,
- To continuously update the Quality and Quality Handbook according to R&D results,
- To develop and produce environmentally friendly products for a green world,
- To follow environmentally friendly production processes for a green environment,
- To ensure waste separation and subsequent recycling,
- System Management.

Technology
High Technology Production Facility
SDG Solar manufactures Photovoltaic Panels in its high-tech production facilities with a total area of 20,000 m², 10,000 m² of which is closed, located in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.
Long-lasting and highly efficient Photovoltaic Panels are manufactured in facilities under the supervision of our Quality Engineers, with state-of-the-art machinery and qualified manpower. An extremely safe, protected, closed production environment is provided to reduce possible errors during production to zero, and all panels are manufactured with precise calibration.
In SDG Solar Production Facilities; Half Cut Cell, Multi Busbar, Bifacial (Double-surface cell) and Mono PERC (Mono Crystalline Silicon PERC Cell) technologies, High Light Transmittance and Anti-Reflective Coated Special Solar Glass, Long-Life Backsheet, Corrosion Resistant Anodized Frame products are used.
The first phase of the SDG Solar Production Facilities, which will consist of three phases, will have a capacity of 250 MW, the second phase will have a capacity of 500 MW, and the third and final phase will have a capacity of 750 MW.
